Hi, I’m Vanessa, founder of Talent Choice. After 16 years working in Irelands largest recruitment agency, I set up Talent Choice with a clear purpose: to give SMEs in North County Dublin and surrounding areas a more personal, strategic and results driven way to hire. I don’t run a high volume agency. Instead, I partner one-to-one with business owners and hiring managers who want more than a stack of CVs. My clients value having a consultant who really understands their organisation, can advise on hiring strategy, and represents their brand professionally in the talent market. Every project is tailored. I combine advertising, local market knowledge and targeted outreach to identify the right people, not just available candidates. I also manage the process from start to finish, ensuring consistent communication, a strong candidate experience and a recruitment journey that protects both time and resources. Because I only work on a select number of roles at any one time, each client gets my full focus. It’s a modern recruitment model, rooted in traditional values of respect, transparency and genuine partnership.
